The following people ran 4 miles today in Haddonfield NJ for World Run Day.  We are all apart of Team Triumph, a local Triathlon Club.

People in our club do many tri's all over the world, kind of cool for a South Jersey tri club.  Next year I've signed up for Eagleman in MD, Vineman in CA, and Ironman Louisville.  It will be my first Ironman and I have company, I think 3 other people in the club are competing in that one as well.  So I'm very excited, lots of training to look forward to. 

There are many in the tristate area, seems like at least 2 a weekend during the summer and more popping up every day.
