Hey Bill,

Just wanted to send some pictures with some news.  We ran on Friday since we're a school group.  We had 17 kids show up and participate.  The 4 kindergarteners ran 1/2 mile, one of them ran with the 1st-4th grade, which ran a mile.  5th-8th grade (4 kids) ran a mile, except one who stopped at a 1/2mile. 

The course was in our city park.  It was a beautiful morning.  We gave out shirts at the end, so I'll send a group photo later.  In the pictures, the runners are wearing their school shirts, which are purple and gold.  They are the Crusaders. 

We're a little school with a total student body of 33 students.  We plan to invite the local schools to run with us next year.  I will have a newspaper article next Wednesday to mail to you. 

We are donating to Samaritan's Purse, and I'll have the total amount with the article.  I sent 5 pictures; let me know if you got them all.  I'm going to send more and will have some of the parents send some as well.
We had a great time.
