Neville Modlin (pictured below) started a small event with the Gulf Harbour Striders in New Zealand, the first country to celebrate World Run Day - 2007.

Bill McDermott, World Run Day Event Coordinator, located in Long Beach, NY volunteered to start the event by calling Neville's cell phone.
