What is the DEDICATION RUN?
This is a run that take place every weekend where runners can dedicate their training run (or race) to someone special. We send the official World Run Day event shirt by mail and automatically register you in World Run Day. Your name will be listed on our registration site within a week. You will be running with others in November worldwide.

Where is the World Run Day event located?
This event is located worldwide. In many cities throughout the USA and many throughout the world, runners will be running with you - in the spirit of the day.

What course do I run?
In many cases you are asked to run your own favorite distance by creating your own running course.

What distance do I need to run?
You are free to run any distance.

What time is the event?
The event starts at midnight, continues throughout the day, and concludes right before midnight on World Run Day.

When will I get my event t-shirt?
The official World Run Day event t-shirt is mailed to individual runners who register at active.com. We are typically backlogged after September 1st; however you should receive your event t-shirt within 2-3 weeks of registering (if not sooner).

How do I donate to a charity?
You mail your monies directly to your favorite local charity. Please do not mail your charity donation to World Run Day - look for the address on the Internet if you are not sure where it should go.

How do I post information about the event?
Look on the www.runday.com web site immediately before the event for instructions on posting pictures and video.

How can I hold a World Run Day event in my town?
Look for instructions regarding our kit which includes discounted t-shirts for your event.
